Leading with wisdom

I’ve spent my career mentoring and coaching people from all walks of life. Whether professionals, executives, students, and parents, I’ve guided them through life’s ups and downs. My work with non-profit organizations has taught me the true meaning of service and community. I care deeply about sharing what I’ve learned, offering support, and helping others find their own path forward. This is the heart of my approach.

“Leadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge.”

“Coaching is not about giving answers. It’s about helping others discover their own.”

About

In life, we can either watch from the sidelines or step in and make a difference. I choose to step in. When I wonder if I have the energy or courage to keep going, I remind myself that every positive change in the world was made by people just like me. I try not to worry about failing and instead focus on the hope and joy that come from trying.

My journey has been shaped by years of working with non-profits and earning my master’s degree in communication from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of New Hampshire. I am a certified coach by the School of Leadership and Education Studies at the University of San Diego and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I’ve also had the honor of working on documentaries like EYES ON THE PRIZE and WE THE PEOPLE, which celebrate the strength of the human spirit. As The Silent Rebellion: Becoming a Modern Leader says, “Modern leaders are those who choose to participate, not just observe.” These experiences have shown me that everyone’s story matters and that kindness is at the heart of real leadership.
