Uniquely positioned to provide coaching that utilizes professional inquiry based exploration.
Coaching
Having a professional coach who can reflect compassionate, honest, authentic and wise inquiry is invaluable in today's modern workplace. Often, the phrase "it's lonely at the top" is very true for professionals who find themselves in executive and leadership roles. Working at that level, they are reticent to offload or disclose to colleagues in the workplace because they are the leader. Factors of confidentiality and workplace sensitivity can create a sense of isolation for the leader who must make nuanced decisions.
With thirty years of workplace experience, including owning a multimedia business and working in the private and public sectors in leadership positions, Inez Odom is uniquely positioned to offer leadership, executive and personal coaching. Inez Odom earned her master's degree in communications from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of New Hampshire.
